I didn’t think there was anything better than chewy chocolate chip cookies. It turns out when you add cake mix, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles they become SO much better.
These are yummy for an everyday treat, and would also be good for a birthday party.
The cake mix makes them so moist and flavorful. The mix of chocolate chips adds a little extra sweetness. And of course the sprinkled make them super cute!

An easier recipe is use a white or yellow cake mix (the cheap no pudding kind is best) & use 1/2 cup oil & 2 eggs & a little water if needed to make a total 1 cup liquid. Mix in 1/2 bag of mini chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet & bake for about 10 minutes@350 just until edges are slightly brown. Cool & eat . Many times I use parchment paper & then just slide the paper off the baking sheet onto the counter or table to let it cool.

Cake batter, that’s a good idea. I think I’ll stick with the traditional chocolate chips though, I’m not a fan of white chocolate.
