Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Live Chat Support representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves interacting with our readers and community members, providing them with real-time assistance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide information about our publications and services.
Resolve issues and handle complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
