Don't hold your breath waiting for help, it won't be coming! This product is almost unusable and I can see no one has had the courtesy of a reply from the manufacturer. Philips need a good kick in the AR$$ for this piece of rubbish and the incomprehensible instruction sheet that is supplied with the unit.If you haven't bought one yet, save yourself some grief and get something else, or if you have the misfortune to already have one, chuck it in the bin after hurling it onto the concrete like I have !!!!
